welcome! This class is an ongoing exploration into our body/mind/heart through subtle body awareness, somatic movements, creative asana inquiry, meditation and more! Sangha, as it is used here, comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "community". Our time together will include "creating community" to support one another in navigating the challenges inherent in daily life. Our practice is the path to an open heart, clear mind and ease in our body; a gift to ourselves and the world we live in. Everyone who signs up for the class also receives a recording of the class via email...so if you're not able to attend at the scheduled time, you can practice with the recording later or simply review during the week. (recording expires in one week)
Suitable for all levels, with a minimum of 6 months practice under your belt.
